I've thrown £500 or so at Endnote for the past 15 years.
I'm still amazed that for some bizarre reason italics don't appear in a bibliography if the book or journal title is longer than a certain number of characters. The bigger question, is why is EndNote so consistently and so continously s***e? It is the best part of a decade now since Endnote crumbled with the new version of Apple Pages.
